Our Story

Born of soil, grief and small green things.

MonGarden began in a small balcony in Singapore, where a young therapist tending to his own grief found that plants were teaching him things his training never had - about patience, about the long arc of healing, about how we are always growing in the dark before we ever see the bloom.

Today, MonGarden holds gentle space for others to discover the same - that we are not so different from the gardens we tend. That growth is never linear. That every season, including the quiet ones, has its own kind of work.

MonGarden simply means “My Garden.”

More than a name, it reflects the heart behind this space —

An invitation into a shared sanctuary where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and tend to our inner worlds together with compassion and softness'
